Privacy policy of the Association of Estonian Broadcasters (AEB)
This privacy and cookies policy explains how we use the personal data we collect from you or that you submit to us. Data that can identify you, such as your first name and surname.
Contact details, such as your e-mail address, phone number and postal address. If you contact us, we may also register the address of correspondence.

Profiling is any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
Based on our legitimate interests, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, or when you have given your consent, we may use profiling for marketing purposes as well as to personalise your experience when using our services.
Location and duration of storage of your personal data
All data you submit to us are stored on our secure servers.
Transmission of data over the Internet is not yet completely secure. Although we do our best to protect you, we cannot guarantee the security of data during transmission and we do not accept liability in the event of unauthorised access. IP addresses
If such data are available, we may collect data on your computer, such as your IP address, operating system and browser type, as well as your connection speed and internet service provider. These data are used by our system administrator and utilised to prepare reports for our advertisers. These are statistical data on our users’ activities and patterns on the Internet, which does now allow us to identify individual persons.
Amendments to the privacy policy
All amendments to our privacy policy will be published on this website (see above). If necessary, you will also be notified of the amendments by e-mail as per our general terms and conditions. All amendments enter into force immediately, except for previous clients (e.g. clients who have placed advertising), for whom amendments enter into force 30 days after they are announced, unless stated otherwise.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes on your rights or the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (www.aki.ee).

The AEB has appointed a data protection officer who you can contact if you have any questions regarding the data processing policies or practices of Mediainvest Holding.
